I’m Hadley, a movement teacher and women’s wellness facilitator.
Through women’s circles, seasonal community gatherings, and private Pilates instruction, I support women in reconnecting with their bodies, building strength, and creating lifelong practices of care.

Midlife Women’s Circle- Sacred Pause

A monthly gathering for midlife women to pause, move, and reflect together. Through gentle movement, guided writing, and open conversation, we’ll create space for connection, renewal, and honest self-expression. Each session is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and share in community.
