Whether you’re approaching the threshold of perimenopause, living inside it, or navigating the shifts of menopause and beyond, this space welcomes you as you are.

What kind of workouts are included on the Youtube channel?
You’ll get a blend of strength training, Pilates, and mobility workouts — all 30 minutes or less. Each one is designed to be effective, accessible, and supportive of shifting energy, changing hormones, and busy schedules.
What equipment do I need?
Most workouts require just the basics: a yoga mat, a pair of light to medium dumbbells, and a resistance band. Occasionally I’ll add props like a Pilates ball or heavier dumbbell/kettlebell, but alternatives and modifications are always provided.
Do I have to be “in midlife” to participate?
No. If the themes of strength, reflection, and connection speak to you, you’re welcome here — regardless of age.
