I’m Hadley Corpus — a movement teacher and facilitator of women’s gatherings, devoted to helping women reconnect with themselves through the body, reflection, and shared experience.

For over 13 years, teaching movement has been my full-time work. I’ve guided women through strength training, Pilates, mobility, and mindfulness — not just as a means of self-improvement, but as a way to build trust with the body and cultivate steadiness in everyday life. Movement has always been my entry point, but never the end goal.

Alongside my teaching, I spent six years with The True Body Project, supporting women and girls through experiences rooted in embodiment, creativity, and reflection. That work profoundly shaped how I understand the body, emotions, and community connection — not as something to manage or optimize, but as a places of wisdom, resilience, and truth.

As I moved into midlife myself, I felt drawn toward slower, more intentional spaces — places where women could gather without pressure to perform, fix, or explain. Spaces that honor transition, nuance, and the fullness of lived experience.

She Rises Here grew from that calling.

This is a space centered on women’s circles, private instruction, and seasonal gatherings — grounded in movement, guided by reflection, and held in community.

I also share movement practices freely on YouTube for those who want a consistent, grounding way to support their bodies between gatherings — an offering rooted in the same values of presence, care, and steadiness.

If you’re drawn to embodied strength, meaningful pauses, and the quiet power of gathering, you’re welcome here.
