I’m Hadley—a movement teacher, women’s wellness coach, and forever student of what it means to be at home in our bodies.
For over 13 years, I’ve taught movement and supported women’s wellness — blending strength training, Pilates, mobility, and mindfulness.
Alongside teaching, I spent six years working with The True Body Project, helping women and girls explore embodiment, creativity, and connection through movement, mindfulness and reflection. That work deeply shaped how I see the body — not just as something to train, but as a home to return to.
I created She Rises Here because I wanted more than another workout membership. I wanted a space that nourishes the whole self — a place where we move, reflect, and reconnect to what matters most, together.
