I’m Hadley—a movement teacher, women’s wellness coach, and forever student of what it means to be at home in our bodies.

Some days, I want to lift heavy, sweat hard, and blast music that makes me feel unstoppable.

Other days, I want to soften, breathe, journal, and move slowly to find my rhythm again.

For a long time, I thought I had to pick a lane.

Fitness coach or soulful guide. High energy or grounded presence. But now I know: this duality is a strength.

Over the last 13 years, I’ve taught movement in studios, homes, and online. I’ve guided women in wellness + life coaching.

And for seven years, I was part of the True Body Project—facilitating mindfulness and somatic practices to help regulate the nervous system and reconnect to a sense of safety and self.

All of that—every layer—is woven into She Rises Here.

Because we’re not just bodies, or minds, or emotions. We’re whole, complex beings.

She Rises Here is my offering to the women who want a space to feel strong and soft.

To lift and breathe.

To do the deep work and still laugh, connect, and move with joy.

To explore midlife in it’s fullness.
