About

I'm Hadley Corpus—a movement teacher and facilitator of women's gatherings, devoted to helping people find steadiness, trust, and presence through the body.

Teaching movement has been my work and my joy for over 13 years, the last decade focused in Pilates. What I love most is the relationship that develops over time: the private client who begins to trust what her body is telling her, the student in a group class who shows up week after week and feels stronger and more at home in herself. That continuity matters to me. I'm not just here to cue an exercise; I'm here to help you build a genuine, lasting relationship with your body.

My teaching draws from Pilates, yoga, strength training, and mindfulness, and it's shaped by six years with The True Body Project, where I supported women and girls through embodied movement, creativity, and reflection. That work deepened how I understand the body, not as something to optimize or manage, but as a source of wisdom, resilience, and truth.

Alongside teaching, I host women's circles through She Rises Here, intentional spaces to gather, slow down, and reconnect. No pressure to perform or explain. Just honest company and room to breathe.

I also share movement practices freely on YouTube for those looking for a consistent, grounding way to support their bodies.

If you're looking for a teacher who will really show up with you, in a private session, a group class, or a gathering, you're in the right place.
