Private Pilates Instruction
You might come to Pilates because your hip hurts, your core feels weak, or you want to move with more strength and confidence. That's exactly where we start. But as we work together, something else often emerges—a deeper understanding of how your body carries you through the world, how movement can shift not just pain but pattern, not just strength but presence. This is Pilates as both practice and conversation with your body.
Women's Circles & Seasonal Gatherings
The circles are for moments when what's shifting goes beyond the physical— postpartum, perimenopause/menopause, or any threshold when life asks you to pause and recalibrate. Through gentle movement, guided reflection, and honest conversation, these gatherings create space to slow down, reconnect, and remember you're not navigating this alone. This work is rooted in the belief that the body is not something to fix, but something to listen to.
Women’s Circle- Sacred Pause
-
A monthly gathering for midlife women to pause, move, and reflect together. Through gentle movement, guided writing, and open conversation, we’ll create space for connection, renewal, and honest self-expression. Each session is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and share in community.

Private Circles for Life Thresholds
Facilitated gatherings created by request for women moving through meaningful moments of transition — including pre-wedding seasons, small group retreats, and personal thresholds. These circles are held with care and intention, offering a pause to reflect, connect, and mark change together.
Seasonal Events
-
Occasional community events rooted in the rhythms of the seasons. These gatherings may blend movement practices like Pilates or yoga, reflection, and time together — offering a way to reconnect with self and community throughout the year.
— Circle participant“The circle felt grounding and honest — a rare pause where I didn’t need to explain myself. I left carrying a sense of calm that stayed with me for days.”
